Far western University Patan Multiple Campus is Located in  PatanMunicipality, Ward 06  Baitadi. It wasestablished as the first community owned campus in Baitadi district in1985 A.D. The campus was included in  constituent campus of  Far westernUniversity in 2018.

Patan MultipleCampus has been running undergraduate courses based on FWU curriculum since itsformal inclusion in the university. Under the faculty of humanities and socialscience, the campus offers undergraduate program B.A. in development studies, sociologyand mass communication. Under the faculty of Management the campus offers BBSprogram. Under the faculty of education the campus offers B.Ed. in Nepali,English, Health and Physical education.
